To ensure you are in-network with me, we can complete a free insurance benefits check to see your costs of therapy before scheduling.
If you are out-of-network or planning to use private pay for therapy, I can provide superbills which can be sent to your insurance for potential reimbursement of therapy costs.

Yes. I have a limited number of scholarship slots available upon request and approval. These may be applied to new or existing clients. Please reach out for any questions or concerns on finances.

The first session is an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. We’ll also discuss your background, answer any questions you may have, and begin exploring goals for our work together.
I am able to ask specific questions to guide the conversation and help our time be productive towards therapy goals. Your job is to simply be yourself and share whatever you are ready to.
